This Warranty Policy explains how warranty coverage works for products purchased from NextDay Lift Parts.

1. Manufacturer Warranty Only

REVIEW REQUIRED: Products sold by NextDay Lift Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty only. Warranty coverage, duration, eligibility, exclusions, and remedies vary by manufacturer, supplier, product category, and product condition.

NextDay Lift Parts does not provide an additional independent warranty unless expressly stated in writing for a specific product.

2. Warranty Eligibility

To be considered for warranty review, the product must generally have been purchased from NextDay Lift Parts, used for its intended application, installed correctly, maintained properly, and submitted within the applicable manufacturer warranty period.

3. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to:

  • Incorrect part selection or misapplication
  • Improper installation or improper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident damage
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Electrical damage caused by improper connection, voltage, grounding, or installation
  • Damage caused by contamination, overheating, overloading, or environmental exposure
  • Labor, diagnostics, travel time, rental equipment, downtime, lost profits, or consequential damages

4. Labor and Consequential Damages

REVIEW REQUIRED: No labor reimbursement is provided. Warranty coverage does not include installation labor, removal labor, diagnostic time, travel time, equipment downtime, lost revenue, rental equipment, incidental damages, consequential damages, or any costs beyond the remedy approved by the manufacturer.

  4. If return inspection is required, ship the product according to the instructions provided.
  5. The manufacturer or supplier will determine warranty eligibility and remedy.

6. Warranty Remedies

Approved warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, credit, or another remedy determined by the manufacturer or supplier. The remedy offered is generally the exclusive warranty remedy.
