This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and charged for freight. Shipping availability, charges, and delivery timing may vary based on product availability, order value, product weight, dimensions, destination, carrier availability, and shipping method.

1. Order Processing

REVIEW REQUIRED: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time are typically processed the same business day when the product is in stock, payment has been authorized, and no additional review is required. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on holidays are typically processed on the next business day.

Same-day processing does not guarantee same-day shipment or same-day delivery. Some orders may require additional review, LTL scheduling, special handling, or shipment from multiple locations.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders may ship by ground parcel, expedited parcel, air freight, LTL freight, or another carrier-selected method depending on product type, weight, destination, and service availability.

3. Eligible Free Ground Shipping

REVIEW REQUIRED: Eligible stock-part orders shipping within the Contiguous United States with a product subtotal over $650 may qualify for prepaid ground shipping using the carrier selected for the shipment.

Free ground shipping applies only to eligible stock products and does not apply to all products, destinations, or shipping methods.

4. Freight and Shipping Exclusions

REVIEW REQUIRED: The following items may be excluded from prepaid/free ground freight and may require additional freight charges, special handling, or LTL shipment:

  • Forks and fork extensions
  • Engines
  • Individual tires weighing 75 lbs or more
  • Individual wheels weighing 75 lbs or more
  • Pallet trucks
  • Individual chargers weighing 75 lbs or more
  • Attachments and load backrests weighing 75 lbs or more
  • LP gas tanks
  • Side shifts
  • Arrow boards
  • Drop-ship products
  • Engines, transmissions, and other oversized or heavy products

5. Orders Under $650

REVIEW REQUIRED: Orders under $650 are subject to shipping and handling charges. Final shipping and handling charges are calculated during checkout or order processing based on order value, weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. Published shipping charges may be updated at any time.

6. LTL Freight

REVIEW REQUIRED: In an effort to reduce damage during transit, any individual product over 75 lbs may ship by LTL freight. Any combined order over 300 lbs may also be subject to LTL shipment. LTL freight charges, accessorial fees, liftgate fees, residential delivery charges, appointment fees, re-delivery fees, and other carrier charges may apply.

7. Backorders

If part of an order is backordered, available items may ship separately. Backorder shipping method and charges depend on the original order, product eligibility, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

8. Air Freight and Expedited Shipping

Air freight and expedited shipping may be available for select products and destinations. REVIEW REQUIRED: Air and expedited shipments are charged at the applicable carrier rate and are not eligible for free ground shipping. Expedited shipping speeds refer to transit time after shipment, not total order processing time.

9. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International Shipping

REVIEW REQUIRED: Free freight does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Orders shipping outside the Contiguous United States may require separate freight quotes, additional transit time, customs documentation, duties, taxes, or import fees.

International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, and compliance with destination-country requirements.

10. Delivery Times

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, supply chain disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery timing.

11. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, note the damage with the carrier when possible, retain packaging, take photos, and contact customer service promptly at customerservice@nextdayliftparts.com. Claims may be denied if damage is not reported in a timely manner or packaging is discarded.

12. Cancellations

REVIEW REQUIRED: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact customer service immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before processing.
