These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NextDay Lift Parts website and any purchase made from NextDay Lift Parts, LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or place an order.

You may use this website only for lawful business or personal purchasing purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including part numbers, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Product images may be representative only. Product specifications, fitment, compatibility, availability, and manufacturer details may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for confirming part numbers, equipment compatibility, and application requirements before ordering. NextDay Lift Parts is not responsible for costs, delays, downtime, labor, or losses caused by ordering an incorrect part or installing a part incorrectly.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Because parts availability may depend on supplier inventory and fulfillment systems, availability is not guaranteed until an order has been reviewed and accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by system or supplier errors, limit quantities, or refuse service when appropriate. If an order is affected by a pricing or availability issue, we will attempt to notify the customer before processing.

Placing an order through the website does not guarantee order acceptance. An order is accepted only after payment authorization, availability review, fraud screening when applicable, and internal processing approval.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time are typically processed the same business day when products are in stock and no additional review is required. Same-day processing is not a guarantee of same-day shipment or delivery. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed.

Payment is due at the time of order unless separate written terms have been approved. Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. NextDay Lift Parts does not store customer credit card information.

Shipping terms, charges, exclusions, processing times, freight rules, and delivery expectations are governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. NextDay Lift Parts is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Returns, refunds, restocking fees, return freight responsibility, exclusions, and RMA requirements are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Warranty coverage is governed by the Warranty Policy. Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by manufacturer warranty only. NextDay Lift Parts does not provide labor reimbursement, equipment downtime reimbursement, lost-profit reimbursement, or consequential damage coverage.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product data organization, page layout, and website functionality, is owned by NextDay Lift Parts or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextDay Lift Parts, its affiliates, employees, officers, representatives, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, incorrect product selection, improper installation, or misuse of products purchased through the website.

This website may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, analytics, advertising, email delivery, shipping, security, hosting, and other operational services. NextDay Lift Parts is not responsible for outages, policy changes, delays, or failures caused by third-party services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
